We know you are excited for your new gear…..we are excited for you to get it. Please allow 48 hours after placement of your order for us to process and ship. You will receive a tracking number once it has been shipped. We offer ground shipping 4-7 days & priority shipping 3 days.

*Note we are not responsible for shipping delays once package has shipped via carrier.

Yes, we will ship internationally. However, appropriate shipping costs to international customers will be associated.

Please contact our customer support team at support@onedowngolf.com and we will send you a shipping label to return. We offer exchanges up to 10 days after purchase. Please include your order number.

Your return will be processed 24-48 once the package has been delivered to our return facility (excluding weekend & holidays).
